Wright State University Dance Program
Dance auditions for admittance into Wright State University's BFA dance program for year 2010-2011 will be offered February 13, February 27 and April 17 in the Creative Arts Center on campus at WSU in Dayton, OH. The audition will include a ballet barre followed by center combinations in ballet, modern and jazz. Photographs are required for all those auditioning. Students interested in auditioning for the WSU/Dayton Ballet II program and/or the WSU/Dayton Contemporary Dance Company II program must submit a videotape/DVD two weeks prior to the audition. Inspiral Motion / GYROTONIC® Cleveland is offering 2 Intern / Scholarship positions in 2009 - 2010. To qualify, you must first make an appointment for a Private Audition. The Audition will consist of a 90-minute GYROKINESIS® class and a 3-hour introduction on the Pulley Tower. The interview portion includes a panel interview, program overview and all candidates must have a movement sequence prepared as a part of your teaching audition.
