Stick to topic. The discussion to be limited to topics
related to the purpose of the forum.
- Be concise.
Keep messages brief and to the point—your
impact will be greater. Please do not send attachments, as these
can sometimes enable viruses. If you are responding to a long
message, it is best to cut out those parts of that message that
are not relevant to your response.
- No spamming.
A spam e-mail is an off-topic, unsolicited mailing, advertisement,
or “junk” e-mail sent to many people (as in a listserv).
- Be respectful.
Be professional, courteous, and careful with sarcasm or humor.
Your message will go to a lot of people, and they WILL know
who sent it!
- Privacy
is a myth.
Never assume any part of your message will remain private or
be read only by your intended recipient(s). E-mail may be intercepted
or misrouted.
- No commercial
advertising please.
- Persistent
failure to comply with these rules will result in your removal
